Dear brethren, by the blessings of the God of reconciliation, through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior: grace, peace and joy be multiplied to you by the a saving knowledge of our Redeemer.
We shall look into the prime principles of salvation and how the precept of blessing is essential to the regeneration process. For it is written in the Psalms, aa "Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name." Not in an image of saying, "Bless you, O Lord God," which does nothing, but rather in the precept that brings forth eternal life — in spirit and truth. How is this possible? How can we — his people — bless the living God? What are the results of doing this? What happens if we do not bless him? Yet, it is written, that we bless our God.
b As the law is established in us, by the Word of God, we began to c press into the promises of God. For he has said, d "Ask, and it shall be given to you; seek, and you shall find; knock, and it shall be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it shall be opened." e Here the principle of crucifying the old man begins. For as we die in faith to the old man; we awaken in the revelation of the new creation. In doing this, we have f judged with mercy, that which we have been given in revelation — g to be the promises of God. Thus, the Holy Spirit has fulfilled our h Savior's promise, in showing us these things — our inheritance.
At this point, we are beholding our Father's righteousness — that we were i admonished to seek. Here we understand, there is a law of Grace, that says: we must with Mercy receive in Meekness, what we have asked for in Judgement. In the instant this is accomplished, our eyes are opened in joy and amazement, of that which we behold in the light. This is the Kingdom of God, created in us, and how we bless our God. For by receiving what he has given, we blessed him — as it is written: j It is more blessed to give, than to receive.
And having received this light, we are commanded, k "Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom." Now this command only comes when we have been given something of our Father. But when it comes, we must in turn give to those, who love and hunger for such things. For the Blessing precept has a greater and lesser part. As it is a greater blessing to give, it is a lesser blessing to receive. It is greater, because that one contains the light, and lesser in that one who is in faith and is ready to receive the light. Thereby we l prophesy, to that one — by this testimony — of things to come
When we in turn give, what has been given, then it comes to fruit and increases. And by this, we know that the kingdom of God will always and forever be on the increase. Fulfilling our Father’s command: to be fruitful and multiply.
Furthermore, has he not said, after this manner pray, m "And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive everyone that is indebted to us." Therefore as we receive truth from our father — as he forgives us and fills our void with truth — shall we not do the same to our people. Forgiving their sins, as he forgave us — has he not said, n "Whosesoever sins you remit, they are remitted unto them; and whosesoever sins you retain, they are retained." It is a great blessing to forgive the sins of our brethren; therein the kingdom of God increases. This is the way of eternal life and our Father’s will, to be done.
This
is how the blessing precept pertains to the regeneration process and why it is
critical to eternal life. Our Father has so created it this way, to establish
the o second commandment and keep it
alive. That we will forever love him and our people always. He has created a
fail safe, way of life. For if we do these things and keep all his
commandments, we shall never fail or fall from his presents. We shall always
prosper and be precious in his sight, filled with a precious joy and peace
eternal.
